Dux made a regular appearance on last summer's popular television show, From The Ground Up, following roles in other free to air and pay TV programs.

The Channel Ten series invited Dux to supply the hot water for the four homes that couples built from scratch.

Dux's Airoheat heat pump, which is Australia's most highly awarded environmental water heater, was a great fit for the show.

From The Ground Up contestant, Danielle Hopper, said, "We learnt that a hot water service accounts for about one third of all the energy used in any home, so finding an efficient hot water system was important to consider.

"We were impressed by the Airoheat's energy efficiency, which contributed immensely to the overall 6 star energy rating we needed to complete the competition."

Dux was featured in Episode 6 of the show – an episode dedicated to installing and learning about the benefits of alternative hot water systems and how the contestants could make their houses greener.

Executive Producer of From The Ground Up, Stuart Stevens, was delighted that such an innovative product could be featured in the show.
